Great room but need it more blankets since the room was a little cold

Just ok Room size is good for family with 2 kids but floor is not clean properly. Water at outdoor swimming pool is so cold. Breakfast is just muffins, coffee, and cocoa. Cannot compare with Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn. It is not a good place to stay if you do not have a pet and no choice to find any where else. Outside grass is so messy with dog poo. Hope this hotel will improve in the future because its location is very convenient for driving anywhere in San Jose.

The people staying in the next room were playing loud music and talking loudly till 3 in the morning. And their so call breakfast was just a muffin and oatmeal bag

Kitchen sink was not cleaned... residual grime from previous occupant.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very nice and had everything we needed. The bed was very firm, (a little too firm for my taste), but still fairly comfortable. Was surprised that the kitchen items like cups, plates, silverware, etc had to be requested and weren't already in the room. Also, the linens for the sofa bed had to be requested as well even though the number of people booked for the room meant we were going to be using it. Breakfast offered but was just a continental type breakfast, not hot food.
