Location close to airport is convenient. Good value relative to most San Jose hotels. Rooms themselves are very clean and seem recently updated. However, there were a variety of small issues: When I arrived in the room window was open and A/C on full and it was freezing in there; I had to fix the drain lever to make the sink work, the shower curtain they have allows a lot of water to fall on the (wood!) floor in the bathroom during a shower, elevator call button broken, strange check-in procedure late at night involved givin... read more
