Front desk did not aware us of no entrance in back of hotel. Also we didn't know how to use the elevator. One sweet girl showed us and front deak was just watching us. Rooms were really comfortable and cozy.

Convenient bay are location. Nice to have convinces of home but you have to ask for everything you need (silverware, coffee pot, dishes, etc). I didn’t like that you had to bring down your wet towels to exchange for clean ones with the counter person.

Good option for longer stays nr First or Downtown There are not many good options near 1st St, the airport and convenient to many SJ businesses (for a room with a kitchenette). I think this is the best of those available in the $3500 per month range, with no long-term commitment, and I have stayed in many. If you can be further south near Santana Row you will find one more nicer option that’s a little cheaper by the month - but then there’s time and cost of transportation if you have to work in the Fisrt St area or in Downto... read more
