In the room there were issues, like the thermostat didn't work. Seemed to be understaffed, with only one person handling the front desk, breakfast and any other issues. Otherwise, was clean and would stay again.

Paid a lot more than normal price due to Twitchcon. Next time I'll book early at a better hotel for the same price. Property isn't bad but it's not all that great either. Check-in is at 3 pm but if you're early, there's no public restroom. Staff wasn't friendly at checkin but the woman at checkout was certainly friendly.
