Check in front staff never welcome me when check in. There were NO hi, welcome or smile nor thank you for staying at the hotel..Woow!!!.maybe she had a bad day, I really don't know.. But the roon were very clean and I had a pleasant stayed.

barking dogs in rooms on each side of mine.....also, I got bit up by fleas

Great custmer service. When i first went into my room i thought what a clean room. When i saw serveral cockroachs in the room. I change my mind.

continental breakfast was only coffee, packaged oatmeal, granola bars. not happy w/that and more so because the price of room was over $100.00.

It was ok. The front door gets locked after 11pm I believe. It took me 20 min just to check in.
