Ok hotel, staff not so friendly, but fast and efficient. hot tub was freezing!

It was okay. Room clean. Staff okay. Just a bit older in the halls and main area. But room was fine

Everything is ok. It is an extended stay. Only thing that I disliked was that arriving late for check-in, was greeted by a disgruntled security guard who was trying to make my girlfriend uncomfortable about staying. Also, the room had a hint of chemical smell that was a bit irritating.

Ok for one night When we arrived there was a strong odor of urine. We stepped into the restroom and found urine in toilet, someone didn’t flush! Smelled like it was there for days, my guess previos guest. There were also no covers in the room for the fold out bed, We arrived at 9pm and heard the front desk clerk say to a guest that they would be available after 11pm. Decent option in San Jose We only stayed one night and didn't use the kitchenette, but, considering other Bay Area hotels that we saw in the same price range, this property was one of the better options. We did have to use the sleeper sofa for our kids and was disappointed to hear the hotel did have pillows for us to use on the pull-out bed.
