Stayed here because we had an early morning flight. No shuttle to the airport but a short taxi ride. Not acceptable place to stay more than one night. Pool was closed for repairs which made some of the guests very unhappy.

Clean! The hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in! We needed to use the pullout sofa bed and they gave us clean linens bagged and sealed from the front desk. The shower/bath was one piece - so no caulk or grout mold.

Rooms are bether than most. The rooms were nice & clean. However there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Also, the breakfast was just coffee and packaged snacks. Not a hot cooked meal. Overall, not too bad! Staff was nice!

Good hotel but lacking in customer service Booked the hotel based on the great location just minutes from downtown and 1hr from San Fran. I checked into the room at 11pm. Front desk staff failed to tell me what side my room was on so I got to walk the whole facility. went inside and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. Tried to turn on the AC unit and it was broken. Great room just needs some improvement I was given the wrong room number, great room, and breakfast is just a grab small snacks, wish they had a selection for breakfast.
