Great room just needs some improvement I was given the wrong room number, great room, and breakfast is just a grab small snacks, wish they had a selection for breakfast.

We just ended up with room on the 4th floor in the corner. Apart from that everything else was good

First time at Extended Stay America The room was a good size with a fully functioning kitchen and a sofa bed. A/C worked good. The top of the toilet was not clean, and the toilet smelled like urine. There was debris in the microwave oven and in one of the kitchen drawers. There were crumbs on the sofa bed when I removed the cushions to pull it out. The toilet smelled like urine. I could not turn the air system off, which would have been nice to do, since I like to sleep with the window open, which I was able to do regardless... read more

Extended Stay - San Jose It was okay. The staff was friendly, but room seemed small. We've stayed at other extended hotels and were roomier. The printer didn't work and needed to print a doc. No ice machine and breakfast on the go was blah.
