Review Only one water cup in room for 4 people. Only two pillows. Had to ask for coffee maker and cups. Had problem with dryer but they refunded $ and was able to use. Room was nice and grounds were nice. Left at 6:15 am and was not able to partake of breakfast but was told it started at 6am - nothing there. Need guide for TV.

Not bad. Quite cozy, spacious and clean room, but for the kitchen I would like to have a minimum of kitchen implements without resort to the reception.

Great staff, poor conditions Was not impressed with the cleanliness or location, alot of riff raff hanging out late at night in parking lot and hallways. Also there are rat carcass all over the property, as a pet friendly property youd think they would clean up around the buildings better. As a pet owner i was very concerned for my pets health as she sniffed them out immediately. I did not bring the matter to hotel staff as they were kind and accommodating. San Jose Hotel There was no one at front desk when I arrived. The breakfast was terrible.
No coffee or breakfast and air conditioner was broken.
