First time at Extended Stay America The room was a good size with a fully functioning kitchen and a sofa bed. A/C worked good. The top of the toilet was not clean, and the toilet smelled like urine. There was debris in the microwave oven and in one of the kitchen drawers. There were crumbs on the sofa bed when I removed the cushions to pull it out. The toilet smelled like urine. I could not turn the air system off, which would have been nice to do, since I like to sleep with the window open, which I was able to do regardless... read more

Extended Stay - San Jose It was okay. The staff was friendly, but room seemed small. We've stayed at other extended hotels and were roomier. The printer didn't work and needed to print a doc. No ice machine and breakfast on the go was blah.

This is a nice place to stay : ) I messed up my reservation booking the wrong room.. They fixed everything & even let me keep the price from the 3rd party (priceline) i had booked through.

Overall good experience Was concerned based on previous reviews. What I got was a nice room. Did have some issues with leftovers from previous guest and no toiletries but issues quickly resolved by from desk personnel. Had zero issues with access or homelessness as previous reviews mentioned. One concern was the headboard that fell off the wall as I was sleeping on my last night there. It did give me a start.
