Took our money and gave away our room Called ahead to confirm we could check in in the late evening, only to be told we didn’t have a reservation upon arrival. When we proved we had a prepaid reservation the receptionist said, “Ugh, I hate hotels.com” and said there were no rooms available. No apology, no offer to find other accommodations, nothing. Left our family, including an elderly woman and a cancer patient, to figure something else out at 11pm.

The room is okay, nice micro kitchen with fridge and microwave and pots for simple cooking, but the bed is too soft, feeling the mattress is overly used. The worst part is the staffs would loudly knocking your door to remind you the check out time is 11am as much as four times from 7 am in the morning to 10am. Very annoying. I felt like being kicked out. If you would like to prevent this happening, I suggest make sure to talk to front desk and let them know you are fully aware of the time and you will plan accordingly.

Worst Hotel Experience! Terrible experience! My wife and I made a reservation at Extended Stay around 12am. We weren’t going to make it to the hotel until around 2am so I called in advanced to make sure we were still able to check in that late. I got in contact with the front desk and after he checked the system, he assured me that they were fully booked and that hotels.com got the hotel availability mixed up. Old style room does not attract so did not stay there

Even as am extended stay hotel, I was surprised that there were zero amenities! In general, the common areas didn't seem very clean, and the room was very basic and uncomfortable! I have never been in a hotel room in the US without carpet, or even a rug. I won't recommend or stay there again.
