the elevator was not working for the whole time. I was there I had to bring up a heavy suitcase of four flight of stairs, multiple times. I asked for a hair dryer and they did not bring it I had to go up and down myself! The floor at the entranced not clean! Is not breakfast is only coffee and granola bars!! Very disappointed!! I was in the hotel less then 1 hr and had to change rooms 3 times. Booked a qween size bed. Went a 2 queen size bed tgat qas dirty. Then was transferred to a new room that has no Air conditioning. It was very humid and almost 90 degrees. Then was transformed to a new room ghat had AC, but could not control it. The place was dirty and the elevator was down almost the whole time That encludes getting stick in in it for almost 10 mins. Just about the worst hotel i have ever been in. Stuff was very nice though, but unhealth full

Staff was nice , area was okay, room was dirty , bath tub was black, looks like never clean had to go buy a tub mat to take a shower. Towels were dirty.

not worth it when I saw the price when I checked out, it was not the Price quoted from Hotels.com I had to call customer service and be on the phone for like an hour and get a refund for the balance overcharged me also when I got to the hotel, the elevator was not working for the whole time. I don’t know why this hotel gets good reviews. Arrival was fine, guy at front desk was nice. Check-in took a little long because the system was resetting (disappointing as it was 2am and I was exhausted). Good location, feels safe. The room was horrible. Only good part was that I was put on the top floor and at the end by request, since I’m a light sleeper. The room smelled like a combination of a NY subway station (old urine) and a ferret. This property is very unorganized. There’s no one ever at the front desk. The elevator broke down with somebody inside of it. I got in my room and my sheets and pillowcases were damp and wet. The room was sweating. They only offered me a replacement blanket and no room switch horrible experience for one night don’t stay here if you have class.
