Not clean terrible living conditions. As soon as I entered the room and turned on the light, two cockroaches ran over the table, I thought, well, maybe there won't be any more. But when I took a shower, I saw two more on the ceiling and small ones on the floor. Then I checked my bed , but it was surprisingly clean, so I didn't change the number.

Just OK Our first room was marked non-smoking but obviously smelled like smoking. They changed my room and it had a strong chemical smell from renovating the bathroom. Shower head was still taped up from work area. Had to keep the windows open for hours to air it out. But every time we entered the room the smell was bad. Rest of room was clean and nice. Rude approach. Had asked for late chekout and was constantly reminded to check out at 11. They shutdown wifi access at 10.15. Lol, ya sure Iwill be on a call with tech support for hours to gain access. Seriously!!?
