Very run down and dirty. Room smelled like a nursing home, bathroom floor had mold in it, bathroom shower head was broken, rug looked 20 years old with stains, and television didn’t work. Do not stay here!

The front desk person never asked for ID and or wi I wasn’t able to make it to that area and I realized that the room was non refundable. I had a suspicion that someone else had checked into my room. I called the hotel and at first the man said that someone checked into my room then he denied it. I have had a problem with a stalker that knows everything that I do I my phone because my phone has been cloned for 2 years. The photos seem to have been taken a very long time ago. The rooms are dark, the smell is terrible and the bathroom looks scary to use. Not worthy of being an Extended Stay America experience.

Upon my arrival at Extended Stay America, I was informed that no rooms were available, and they claimed to have notified Expedia to pass on the message to me. However, neither Expedia nor Extended Stay America contacted me regarding this issue. Despite this, my credit card was charged for the booking. I reached out to Expedia, who redirected me to Extended Stay America, while ESA insisted I should contact Expedia.
