Took them days to remove snow and they did a poor job. Nice patch of ice right in front they never bothered to address. Front staff often MIA. Room was dirty. Avoid.

How can someone sleep on a room like this speciall The room I was given was the on for the place but for me it wasn’t maybe cuz they need to change carpet or clean it but I don’t know people can stay on a room with a carpet looking like that or maybe that’s the way the carpet floor looked like intentionally I was on a romantic night with my partner and I almost loose him cuz he thought I was a cheap motherM but I didn’t know cuz the pictures for the hotel looked great

The staff is unprofessional and rude. Anytime you ask for any help they act like it's a problem

Didnt get what was paid for Didnt get what i paid for. Booked a one queen bed studio and then gave me two double beds. This is the second time this has happened to me.

The hotel allowed our company to book and by the time the employees arrived to check in, there were no available rooms. At 2am we had to call around neighboring hotels to book.
