Not worth the rate

VERY UNHYGIENIC FACILITY FALLING APART AND THE USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO CLEAN ROOMS IF A PERSON FROM OFF THE STREET CAN NOT RENT A ROOM SOMEONE IS STAYING IN THEN HOW IS IT OKAY FOR SOMEONE WHO IS GIVING PATRONAGE TO THE HOTEL TO HAVE DIRTY SHEETS THE SAME TOWELS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD

IT IS MIND BLOWING HOW POORLY THE ROOMS ARE MAINTAINED THERE IS NO WAY THEY WOULD RENT A ROOM THAT FLOOR NEEDS TO BE VACUUMED AND IF THE GUEST IS REQUIRED TO DISPOSE OF TRASH AND CHANGE THEIR SHEETS AND SWITCH TOWELS WHAT EXACTLY IS THE SERVICE IS BEING PAID FOR IF IT IS JUST THE ROOM THE RATES DOES NOT NEED TO BE AS HIGH

THE CLEANING IS HORRENDOUS OT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO PAY FOR A DIRTY ROOM ESPECIALLY IN COVID THE UPKEEP OF THE ROOM NEEDS TO BE REVISED IMMEDIATELY

We came to check in after 6 hours trip , as we got to the hotel they said it fully booked , person at the front desk was so horrible, can’t believe . He through us out . We stay in our car after all this happened.

The cleaning conditions especially in Covid is very poor

Never staying here again. The front desk guy was SOOOOO rude! I tried my hardest to be kind to him but he was so nasty & making me feel bad because I checked in at 2:30am! He threw my room key at me, he had a nasty attitude & overall his demeanor was just mean & nasty! NEVERRRR will I EVER stay at that extended stay. It makes me upset because extended stay is my fav local hotel. I'll be booking the lawrenceville one next to the mall only from now on!
