Don’t Waste your time I live 70 miles from this location. I called the hotel prior to booking my reservation to ensure the room with the queen bed was available before booking. I spoke with the reception that ensures me it was. I called at 11:01pm booked the room by 11:06 with confirmation. I arrived to the hotel for the receptionist that took over the overnight shift to tell me there was only a double bed available. Disgusting - and Staff is Awful! The most disgusting of all Hotels on this road or in this area. The room stinks, the beds are tiny. The bathroom is moldy and has a bad odor as well. I also left a package behind at this Hotel and when I requested the package be sent back to me they did not do as any other respecting establishment would and just ship it to me, they requested that I send a prepaid shipped package and then they would send it back to me. Too many dogs. A couple of them barked at us. Stinking hallways. Hygiene issues. Friendly staff but bad hotel policies.

Staff was alright, Breakfast was only coffee and muffins. Wall outlets not working and one was broken and was unusable, no toiletries. No cups for coffee. Wi-fi did not work. Would NOT recommend this place even to my enemies.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes. The bed smelled like smoke the sheets also. The kitchen was in bad shape. We had just driven for 12 hours and needed to sleep. We spoke with the front desk the next day as I wanted a refund for this but I was told that I had to contact Expedia and that you and them would talk and then send me a refund as the receptionist had said that the building was in bad shape and that they will be doing lots of renovations. The staff wasn’t so friendly, it took about an hour to check in. Clogged toilet every time you use it, the 2 roomS I booked had the same problem.
