WORST MANAGEMENT EVER Extended Stay America - Princeton - South Brunswick is one of the worst hotels in America. Bugs, dust in the room represent the cleanliness level of this hotel. Planned to stay here for a night - booked with hotels.com - checked in to room 300 and noticed cigarette smell with a window open. Notified the front desk who wouldn’t accommodate me in a different room. Talked to hotels.com who provided me a voucher so that I could go to a different hotel. Fist they give me the wrong room I ask for double bed and they give me 1 bed when we are 4 Second try to use the sofa bed has food chips dirty not clean Ask to change me to another room they say they are full Not happy at all

Definitely not recommended I would never recommend staying at this hotel. In 90 degree weather the air conditioner did not work, and when I reported it, the response I received was to open the window. The window only opened two inches! It was warmer in the room than outside. And I would definitely not call what very little they provide in the morning as breakfast.

This plane had homeless people sitting outside upon check in. The room was not cleaned prior to our stay - There were pills on the floor and wade of wet paper towels on the sink!
