At 4:45 am there was a screaming lady in the hall- the air conditioner served as an alarm clock EVERY TIME it kicked on. We woke up to a smoking smell- there were two pillows combined made a half inch of pillow

Pueden pasar hrs y nadie atiende recepcion La habitación tenia basura bajo la cama y sillon las sabanas sucias y no limpian la habitación dicen q la limpieza se realiza 1 vez cada 2 semanas De vdd un asco si solicitas toallas o sabanas limpias tienen un costo La atencion del personal terrible sin ningun apoyo en vdd pediré un reembolso trate de q ellos me cancelaran despues de la 1ra noche porq en vdd era un asco hasta el colchon

Cuando llegamos estaban los bomberos y nadie nos explicaba que pasaba. No me volvería a quedar en ese hotel. El baño muy pequeño, no tenía nevera, ni horno, el parqueadero muy costoso. US 32 más costoso que parquear en cualquier parqueadero público. Nadie habla español
Staff was unhelpful when i asked for a new room key after i misplaced my wallet with my credentials. To the point i was asked to leave because its against ther policy to have a guest wuth no identification. Thats after i had already checked in

Place was gross. Burn holes in furniture. Plastic bag over fire detector. No extra towels. No coffee. Not very clean. I was embarrassed for them.

The room was neat and compact. However, the hall was noisy and these noises came into the room. The lack of plates, silverware or pans meant having to buy more things than other extended stays, and no clean linen after a week gets grungy. The noise from the highway was constant, and a dog howling in the room next door added to the noise.
