Very small rooms. Bed was dirty. Only 1 pillow. Overall condition of hotel wasn’t up to expectations for the amount of money paid.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at This is a brand new hotel that appears to be littered with drug addicts and assorted scumbags. Took the front desk a long time to check me in. While they were doing so I talked to one of the crack heads. I was already feeling like this was not gonna be a good night and I was right. Check-in was horrible!! I arrived late and had to wait in this 5x5 entry room 40 minutes until a staff member “woke up” to come check me in! Then the odor in the room was sickening and on top of it the room was filthy !

Consider yourself warned. Don’t stay here! When we checked in, the woman at the front desk looked at us strangely, like she didn’t understand why we were staying there. We didn’t realize that this is an extended stay hotel that caters to a transient population. There were people yelling all night long. At least twice, a woman screamed so loudly that I considered calling the police. The weather had been hot and humid for a number of days prior to our stay. Do Not Argue Wrongly accused of being a trouble-maker; was traveling in Las Vegas when said disruptive activities occurred. General manager was non-compliant with an appeal and immediately threatened with police. I have never booked at any WoodSpring suite hotel. Rude service, sub-par location, and discriminatory attitude. I wouldn't book here if I were you. Denied check-in for my partner as well who was on no list of any kind.

No cumple con los estándares mínimos No se respeto la reserva realizada (en vez de dos camas nos dieron una cama y un sofá), el internet en una habitación doble estaba limitado al uso de un solo equipo, no se hace limpieza de la habitación (cada dos semanas). Mala disposición del personal
