A very shady hotel in a terrible neighborhood

Found dried blood on the blinds on the window in the bathroom on the floor in the elevator on the floor not very clean. Had to pay by hour for Internet. Grounds unkept. Staff not really friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The bed in the room was terribly uncomfortable like in a dorm room, the hallways amelled like burnt food and cigarettes, and the security downstairs is riduculous. You can't have a guest privately unless you come downstairs in front of everyone to let them in. No discretion whatsoever. Bunch of people alwaysnoutside the doors chainsmoking cogarettes all night. Will not stay here again

The staff at the front desk was rude

From the Boston area and headed to Providence for the night. The location was easy for our plans. We arrived at the exact time for check-in. (Maybe 15 earlier) the rooms weren’t ready and they asked us to wait which turned into about 45 minutes just about of waiting before we can fully check in and get to our room. There was a woman in the lobby that has been there for an extended period of time on the phone in a fight with someone yelling profanities no one said anything. Could not fill requests for amenities that were advertised. Out of silverware and plates, we received only 2 plates and 2 forks, no cups, no cookware. Could not fill requests for toilet paper. Fee breakfast was empty and not refilled multiple days. Advertised room as queen bed and couch, room had two beds. Wifi was spotty at best. TV would not connect to wifi. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed was horrible rooms stank.
