They did not have the room we had paid for. The hotel and the hallway smells like weed and urine. The room had no cabinet doors on them. Dresser drawers were missing. There were no blankets on the bed. We to call the front desk and go pick them up. When we pick them up, they were not even folded and had pieces of hair weave stuff to them. Let’s begin with the front end clerk and all the people that are either on drugs or homeless on the premises. Room was dirty and I didn’t get any coffee or whatever they claim they offer for breakfast.

We requested pans, plates etc for our room so we could cook in there. The hotel has no silverware, we only got one bowl, and the toaster was filthy. We read that we’d have a continental breakfast beginning at 6:30am and I wake up early so I went down to get some breakfast but right at 6:35 nothing was left. The hotel room was in need of many updates and repairs. The chair at the desk was ripped. The faucet in bathtub was running and wouldn’t stop. The mirror in the bathroom was worn and needed to be replaced. The bed was so uncomfortable. No hairdryer. The kitchenette had no supplies. And they had an ironing board and no iron. It also felt very unsafe. And our bathroom door don’t even close, The “safety” latch on the door was broken.

Hotel was dirty. Homeless people were sleeping in the lobby and lurking around the property at all times. It smelled like an animal shelter in the lobby and cigarettes in my room. Our room was barely cleaned and the shower and bathroom were obviously not cleaned.

The floor of the room was very dirty. My daughter was walking around barefoot and her feet were black. It did not appear that the floor had been cleaned in a long time

The first room we were put into was dirty and smelled of mold. There was hair that did not belong to us in the bathroom, on the stove and IN the bed. Once moved into a different room there was still hair in the bed.

The room felt neglected. No wifi on the tv worked and the room was super cold despite the heaters being on all night
