The property was easy to get to. However there were no dishes in the room. The rooms only get cleaned once a week unless you want to pay $10/day. You have to ask for towels or they don’t get brought to you and there wasn’t breakfast. There were small granola bars and mini muffins sometimes. When we checked into our room it reeked of cigarettes. I’d never stay there again.

The room was very humid we could see it on the floor and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6am to 9.30am, but at 8am everything was already gone and whenever we asked to refill, they only did for the coffee, but not for the rest. And it seemed they didn't have enough kitchen supplies, because we had to wait until the day after we checked in, to get some supplies. And it seemed the receptionist was the one in charge of doing everything around.

Overall musty smell throughout room. Open kitchenette cabinet and blown over by mold smell.

The people on the counter are friendly and helpful, unfortunately the rooms are smelly an not as clean.

The front desk attendant was very attentive.However, I had no information on the hotel’s policy: no service or room cleaning, no clean towels unless you bring the used towel to the front desk! Furnished kitchen without even a little bottle of water! The “continental breakfast” was a small muffin and coffe, which we had to advice them that it had finished! There was nothing in the room!!! I was surprised about the lack of everything!!! No water even in the vending machine!!!

Terrible hotel. Room was not clean. We asked staff where the ice machine was and they rudely told us to go to Stop & Shop about a mile and a half away. Would never stay here again!

Expedia made promises it couldn't keep Expedia booked us a 2Q + Sofa room, but when we arrived, none was available, because Expedia had overbooked. Both hotel and Expedia were not particularly helpful and we ended up in a much smaller room with hairs on every pillow and dirt in the tub. Yuck.

Poor experience Three times I went to the front desk and no one was there. My room did not get cleaned.
