It was very old. The bathtub was greyish brown/ dirty on the bottom. All linens were very dingy. The cabinets were all stained and it smelled like smoke even though its non-smoking. Each time i approached the front desk i had to wait a few minutes for help. It seemed like the poor guy was having to do everything. The television never had a clear screen and there was no guide? I could go on...

Really just not good We arrived to the doors being locked due to a safety concern with the area. Upon actually being able to get in the door we were greeted by a girl in her mid 20’s. She was nice however when we got saddled up to check in she told me she had found the reservation we had paid for through the app however did not have a room available. Our room was not clean, carpets not vaccumed, had to ask for bed sheets, couldnt check in until 345

Terrible room, smelled like mold upon entering, two dirty pillows, bed was out of balance, dirty sheets, bathroom was ok, most channels on tv did not work. Breakfast is really coffee and granola..your paying low yes, but I have stayed in other ESA branches and this is the worst so far. Rooms should be cleaned at least, I rather not have a tv or a couch than have dirty sheets.

Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. But the aAc AC unit and fridge made loud noises all night. Room smelled like intense cleaning liquids.

There was no breakfast as listed on your website. False advertising on your part. There was no workout facilities either. It was dirty and smelled. Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Will never use again. Very disappointed in Expedia’s misleading information

Off the path Thus hotel is old and has not been updated, our rooms smoke detector was hanging from ceiling. The staff was un sympathetic to peanut allergies ,only offered peanut granola bars, I had to ask to replenish coffee and packages muffins, not a good stay, wont return
