We made reservations for this property a month in advance. We had traveled from Minnesota to Providence area we were on our way to the property and at 8:30 PM received a text message we no longer had a room as they were overbooked. If this was the case we should have received a notice much earlier. Spent an hour on the phone with Expedia to find a room. Unacceptable. Not even in the same area. Grossest hotel I have ever stayed in... No AC in the hallways, the room was not clean, the sheets were threadbare, so threadbare I could watch the TV through them the blanket only came halfway up the mattress it was worthless. The TV: half the channels had lines going through the picture. The bedspread smelled like an Italian grinder. The bedroom smelled like wet plaster... The rug was gross and dirty... This was outdated. Paid a lot of money and couldn't even get clean towels for days. Dirty.

An unfortunate waste of money I do not recommend this hotel. To begin, when we arrived we were told the hotel was overbooked. After some scrambling, we were told we had the last room in the hotel. We got to the room and there were dirty pots and pans and presumably our room's (broken) coffee pot outside the door. Walking into the room I felt like I was being smacked in the face by the smell of cigarette smoke. Someone had clearly just been smoking in the room. Tv wouldn’t work and the front desk wanted to upgrade me to another room at my own expense instead of fixing

Worst place ever The worst place ever. I booked online and got to the hotel and they gave my room away. Then they wanted me to go to another location ugh never again
