We were not able to stay at the property because we saw 3 roaches and a spider before we unpacked. We went immediately to the clerk to ask for a refund. We couldn't stay in such conditions. We're requesting our money back. The hotel only gave the deposit back.

The hotel was below average, and they had advertised a breakfast which was joke as they had poor coffee with a packet of oats and nothing more. False advertisement to lure people in with no facilities. The condition or maintenance of the rooms were as well poor.

Staff was friendly but lobby and rooms were not very clean, and breakfast bar wasnt really existent just coffee and oatmeal

We love the pool, it was crystal crear, very clean and super big, the Hotel facility and the room was bad, and the receptionists at the front desk was very rude, i don't remember her name but i think that starts with a S

I wanted a cheap place to stay and never again will I want that again. I picked the property because it had a kitchen in the room which was very convenient for me at the time. But, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the bathtub was gross, I didn't notice housekeeping at all (in the hallway of the floor I was on) until day 3. The property is under going some maintenance work. After checking in and headed towards the room, the clerk communicated part of what is being fixed. An elevator and omw to another elevator. I saw a patch of ceiling removed adjacent to their functional elevator. Sadly, i was given a room in need of some maintenance as well. The tub spout was barely on. The overflow trim plate was not in and the overall color of the bathroom was beige.....
