Don’t stay at this hotel. The entire inside of the hotel is completely outdated my room was dirty the walls in my room had plastered holes where you could see the repairs, the tub was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the vinyl flooring was coming up for the money I spent the inside of the property should have been way better, the photos of this hotel is what they want it to look like, this place made me feel unsafe my entire stay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Front desk was always not staffed, and you had to wait for someone to show up. Elevators near the lobby were not working. For utensils you had to go to front desk and ask and they were short of them.

The facility is decent in many ways, but the corporate policies & lack of staffing make it a terribly inconvenient and annoying place to stay. Everything about it is done with a "half-assed" attempt, & it *could* be a nice place, if they'd provide breakfast staffing & decent supplies of necessities like pillows & towels. Lied to and Dissatisfied! The reservation was non refundable and then when I get to the hotel, I had to pay an additional 100.00 (hold). After traveling for 3 hours, I had to use the bathroom desperately, I was told the lobby bathroom was broken. The nearest elevator was also broken. The bed in the room was hard and uncomfortable as if you can feel springs in the mattress. The toilet was not cleaned properly and the tub was so worn, we didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower.
