Every room had a smell, there was a roach in my room…switch rooms and the shower curtain rod was practically falling off…I would never stay here again!

The paint in the shower was all peeling around the shower head wall. There were cracks in the tub. There were people sitting in the hallway all hours of the night and they were running up and down and screaming!

This hotel was filthy. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, the hallways smelled like smoke and the floor in our room had white stains everywhere. I wish I could post pictures because it was truly unbelievable how gross this place was. Additionally, the “breakfast” was just packets of oatmeal.

"Is that mold" should never come up in a hotel room, even if the answer is 'no.' This entire chain of hotels is designed to lure you in and fulfill its luring promises in the cheapest, most technical way possible. It's like some evil genie is granting wishes, or more likely a lawyer. Here are some examples: Kitchen: No soap, dishes, cookware, flatware, or paper towels.
