The Place was infested with cockroaches and the halls and room smelled mildewy and like old cigarette smoke. Very noise traffic passing by the highway across the street.
There was nobody there to check us in, and the reception office was gated and closed and we had to get another hotel for our weekend vacation. I tried calling them 5 times during the day to notify of the late arrival and no one answered. When we got there and was on the line with someone from Center reservations on the phone with us for 40 minutes to try and reach a night manager and no one was available.
I booked this reservation a couple of weeks ago. When I got here, the staff let me know they were overbooked and I had to take a room with no blinds in the window of the room. There is Not one positive word I can say about this place except for an Employee named Michael who works in the Laundry Dept. that checked me in. I had to many issues to write down. Honestly I'm still in shock of the "No Customer Service" that I experienced. I have complained to Expedia and there Guest Relations Department.
The lights in the room they gave us turned on by themselves every 45 or so. All night! They did not have any other rooms and were overbooked. When we asked to switch rooms the person at the front desk said she knew ahead of time that the room they gave us has the light issue and did not even let us know. My husband and I DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP!! Never have been so disappointed.
This hotel locked my service dog in my room and called the police on me for having a service animal! Do not stay here. The front desk and manager wouldn’t tell me their names. Contacted raddison and Expedia. And police myself No resolution!! So angry. My mom was out here visiting her veteran son 😡
