Rude clerk Clerk in the morning of Sunday check out is mean

Never again The staff was very friendly and helpful but sadly the hotel was gross. There were roaches in the room and the floor looked as though it was never cleaned.

When we arrived to our room there was hair on the bed. A big stain at the head of the bed. Notified front desk and she moved us to another room. Checked bed there was hair on it as well, bathroom sink, and bathtub were full of hair. Toilet had pee stains on it the mirror in bathroom was not wiped it had splash marks all over it. We asked front desk for new sheets and blankets. We bought cleaner to clean the bathroom cause it was to late to move any where else. We stated the full 2 days. Just Okay We had to book our stay on short notice so we paid a much higher rate than normal and unfortunately the hotel was nowhere near even a less expensive rate. It was one of just a couple hotels with vacancy in Redlands so we had little choice. The front desk staff and check in was acceptable. The hotel though for only being a few years old is in very bad shape. The elevator was dirty (like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a few days).
