Checking in was a joke Check in time was supposed to be at three. I got there at 4p. Waited in line there was one person ahead of me. There was two employees at the counter neither one acknowledged that I was there. One was just doing papers. Once the person in front of me was helped as I was waiting for the employee to call me up another customer who has already checked in cut in front of me and wanted a hair dryer. It takes zero effort to be friendly. Terrible customer service. Zero friendliness with the staff. Entire place was dirty. Room wasn’t bad. Had a kitchen with a fridge. Price was good. Can’t check in before 3. We were 15 minutes early. Would avoid this place because of the bad customer service. The room was good.
