Sheets were not clean, paint was peeling off the walls, the vinyl floor in the bathroom was bubbling, mold in the shower curtain. Room smelled entirely of smoke. Stayed with four kids and it was like we were playing Floor is Lava the whole time because we didn't want them to touch anything. Was pleasantly surprised that our car was not broken into over night.

Please call me hotels.com They never gave me my room!!!!! They lied and had me wait in my car with my 10 yo son and service dog for almost 2 hours in the RAIN. I paid for my room and I NEVER got the keys. I was stranded without a place to stay until 11pm.

This hotel is a mess ,, hallways looks nasty, the room we were in looked awful, the carpets are so dirty seems hasn’t been properly cleaned for ages

Rooms not clean. There were no towels. No one serviced the room. Elevators were not working. Commons Areas weren’t cleaned.
A disappointing stay. Hotel needs major overhaul. This was a very disappointing stay. This property is old. Old and neglected. Old and in need of serious repairs and upgrades. Upon arrival with luggage and needing a luggage cart, the front door is manual. It was very difficult to open the door, hold it open and try and maneuver the cart through not one but two doors.
