Acceptable hotel for business travel. Room was clean and well maintained. There are 2 minor downsides: 1: the air conditioner has a motion sensor and does not run at all during the day, so you come back to a hot room every night. Not a huge deal once you get used to it. 2. No housekeeping if you stay less than 8 days. Again, no big deal if you know ahead of time. I'll stay there again.
Misfeelings bout amenities but good night sleep Construction was going on, so first impression was hard to make. No breakfast although it said on the hotel blurb. Needed a key to get vending seemed overkill. Bed great. Room roomy. Clean.

Nice Hotel I had 3 dogs and their beds with me, the room was big enough and comfortable

We checked in at 7pm. Our room wasn't ready. We had to wait in the lobby for 15 mins.

Pros & Cons Of Extended Stay America Checking In & Out was hassle-free, but our room wasn't that up to date nor clean. The free grab-and-go breakfast was great. I would wish for more soap considering three people were staying in that one room. The kitchen was great and came in handy with the microwave, sink, and fridge. Parking was ample and the elevator was a bit old. The view was great because I could see my car from it and the hotel wasn't that close to the freeway which was great because sleeping was at ease

Paying for services not provided They stop providing coffee, food, etc - due to not having permit. Floors in hallway and trash room dirty, no one at front desk at 5 am. Even after I informed them trash sat there for a few days. Shower in room high pitch sound and water didn't drain. Found fleas on me. I should have listen to the other reviews and not stayed here.
