Had to request another room because the “nonsmoking” room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. The comforter had stains and the wall paint was dingy and smudged. The TV remote did not work and was given another remote for a different brand of TV that surprise didn’t work either. Also, the room had few outlets for plugging in devices for charging/etc. The front desk agent had to check the room himself as if we lied about the strong smoke smell before changing our room as if we were getting a major upgrade.
