Expedia booked me and the hotel was booked. Messed my entire night up

The lobby was unattended, had to walk across the parking lot to the other Extended Stay just so the young lady could walk me back to check into my room. Bedding had cigaret burns, walls are paper-thin and the AC unit was noisy.

My first room had bed bugs I took the proof to the manager she accommodated us by switching our rooms an offering another free night stay for a future visit

Very sketchy hotel. I'm pretty sure there were blood spatters on the wall.

Run!! There are two extended stay buildings with a parking lot in between. The positive review were obviously for the building with indoor rooms. We were given rooms in the motel style building. There was a mixup with the reservation, which I made on the phone. The double room that was reserved was unavailable. So the rooms that we stayed in were on different floors and 2 in the back and 1 in the front.
