Terrible. Dont recommend The night desk man was friendly. He didnt explain any policy or give any documentation or a receipt. Suggested I had the one from booking through hotels.com. I called prior to arrival to verify the reservation. That young lady was helpful. I joined the rewards program. She asked if I wanted smoking rooms I told her no, we dont smoke in rooms or where we live. Got to the room it smelled like smoke called front desk, but no answer. Unfortunate but true I’ve stayed at Extended stay before and have always had an amazing experience! I cannot say that about this one. Our neighbors were very loud and obnoxious and we were put in the very old part which was clearly old from the musty smell! I didn’t even want to take my shoes off to walk on the floor. What a shame they will never get my business at that one again!

Not a Happy Customer 1) Given room with 2 huge dogs (could have been a tragedy); 2) Offered to remove them but not to clean it; 3) Requested 1st floor but ended on the 2nd because of the incident with dogs; 4) Stayed in many Expended Stays, this this worst. Original was across the street. This was a generic version!! 5) Elderly mother, bad knees, claustrophobic in elevator A horrible experience

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Don't stay here if you're only gonna be here a night or two, extended stay attracts a lot of families and long term guests. In fact, just don't stay here. The room wasn't very clean, specifically, there was food/trash under the bed (including a sex toy). The shower had some extraneous hairs, and the first towel I grabbed looked dirty. The AC didn't work, although they offered to move me, I had already unpacked for the one night I planned on staying. Do not recommend This establishment is not very clean and I do not recommend. When I entered the room, it did not smell fresh and there was a large dead bug on the floor near the AC unit. The refrigerator had stains on the outside and the light switch in the bathroom had smudges of dirt on it. The next morning, I found a live bug on the dining room table. You can also hear outside traffic which is a minor problem but something to be aware of for light sleepers.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed! Older property. Room smelled; floor sticky; carpet felt dirty on feet; air conditioner wheezed; lounger didn’t work properly. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Security was below par. Had to ask for coffee pot, silverware, dishes, etc if I wanted them. Not in room. Light by bed, TV remote, and lounger were broken. Light and remote fixed after I reported them. We did not stay at this hotel it was terrible and BED BUG infested. You should be ashamed of having this location open to the public. Please!!!!! Do not offer this ever again.

Young lady at check in was the highlight. They had a plastic piss catcher on the bed that kept you in a sweat the whole night along with the scrunch of the hard plastic every time you moved in bed .

Property is not very well maintained. Furniture is outdated and bed is not comfortable.
