We did not stay at the hotel. We checked in and looked around to find a huge roach on the window drapes and one smaller bug in the bathroom around the toilet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Awful It was terrible. Cleanliness was OK but no ice! Couldn't fix a cold drink. Then no kitchen items. Had to walk down to the desk to get the cups, coffee maker, etc.. Middle of snow storm and not plowed at all so got stuck 1/2 in driveway and 1/2 in road. No sand or shovel to help us out. Group living at the end were in heated argument till midnight! Found Stinkbugs found 3 stinkbugs on my ceiling. Had to move to another room.

Nothing was unique about this location, They stated location had breakfast that was incorrect, Housekeeping never came to the room I had to go get clean towels myself everyday, if you get a room on the first floor you can hear every footstep from the person above you

The room had a terrible Smell. The staff must have known the condition of the room because the windows was open when I entered the room. That is poor customer service because that indicates they knew of the condition and rented it anyway. The room had a kitchen area and that is where the smell was coming from it was a strong pungent smell of curry.
