Booked to stay for 2 nights for a conference. Got in late due to traffic; they lost my resevation. Redid the reservation, locked out the next morning, although check out is by 11am. Told the room wasn't paid for. FREE breakfast was coffee and a small muffin.

Not good for an extended stay. Got in late, the TV was just snow, could only see one channel but the next day they did fix it. The bed made a lot of noise, so did the air conditioner. The vending machine was out of order. Had to ask for a blow dryer and cutlery, the door had a gap in it. Just outside the room were the trash cans. But I guess for the price, it was good enough.

You get what you pay for. Check in was fine. There was a couple behind me saying that their card to their room wasn't working. I got my card and checked into my room, walked through spider web walking through the door into room, room was tidy, but very basic, some beetle bug doing the rock lobster on the floor. I went out, and when I came back, my room key also did not work.

When we first arrived to check-in, no one was at the front counter. We waited for 15 minutes until a worker from across the street, at a different hotel, walked in the office. She stated there was a party going on for the employees- which is fine; however, there should've been at least one person at the counter. When we finally were able to check into the room, there were two lamps that didn't work. I called the office for maintainance to come, but at that point the person left for the day. Horrible We gave one star simply because you couldn’t give zero. We were verbally harassed in the parking lot, asked for money and cigarettes on our way to the room, propositioned by a woman on our way out of the elevator, there were several large groups hanging around cars drinking with beer cans every where, people loitering everywhere. The first check in person was unbelievably rude, though the second was very kind. Flop house I’ve stayed in worse places. Not the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. But, not clean. Felt like I was in a low rent apartment complex. Good location.

Subsidized housing At no point was I notified during the reservation process that his hotel was providing subsidized housing.
