Nice staff, good enough property but it was gross. The floors felt sticky and wet almost, my feet were black from walking on them for a few minutes, the headboard had kids’ drawings all over it, there was hair on my towels, the sheets had a couple of stains, etc. if you’re looking for a really clean place, this isn’t the choice.

Gave away my reservations!!!! When I went to check in they told me they were booked. I proceeded to tell them I had a reservation the lady told me she’s the night shift and she don’t know what to tell me, they are booked. Basically they gave away my reservations for 2 nights. 5 hours away from home,stranded, don’t know the area. it was a horrible experience with them!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Staff are unprofessional and treat customers like crap. Rooms are filthy and equipment is in lousy condition (fridges leak and staff don’t care about fall risks of handicap customers, hair dryer over sink had cord chewed off!). They only “guarantee a bed” not a room type, which is problematic if you need a handicap room. floor was sticky, toilet not secure, toilet seat not attached, bed lumpy, kitchen counter broken and counter top peeling, door to room was not secure.

I don’t like that the old GM has walked into my room before checkout time to check with us if we are staying longer when I already paid through Expedia. I’m pretty sure you’re not aloud to walk into a room especially before checkout time. She has also called the room at 1:30 am twice and then came to room and knocked to wake us up on purpose because she didn’t do her job and replace the room with multiple problems that was addressed when it was booked on first day.
