We booked a room 4 days in advance. At check in around 8pm we were told there were no rooms with two beds available. After about 25 minutes we were told the manager approved giving us an upgrade to a room with a king bed. There were four of us and I said that didn't work for us as we wanted multiple beds. The front desk clerk was friendly and did bring us two roll out beds.
