Not the best Hotel was overbooked and no rooms available. After showing my prepaid receipt the clerk gave me their “Demo” room which did not have a coffee pot or other amenities. Very disappointed with the fact that a prepaid guaranteed reservation means nothing. Someone had a birthday party going hallway was noisy until almost midnight.

The evening front desk woman was very pleasing. I believe her name was anayah. The halls smelled, the stair way was dirty. The room was surprisingly not the worse but for over l 100$ for one night go to henrietta! You’ll spend less and get a higher end hotel. The front desk person in the morning, a man. Not friendly AT ALL. It were as if we were bothering him to ask how to check out, his cellphone were too important to leave . I don’t stay at hotels ever so I wasn’t aware that this is like a motel
