Smokey room Room 260 smelled like cigarettes. Someone was smoking marijuana near our room

I enjoyed the stay over all and would return Great stay your company could do better with breakfast....not practical having a tiny area in the front lobby with no place to sit and enjoy a breakfast. Every time I went down or called the staff no one was at the front desk or answering the phone. I think you need more help on staff it’s not fair for one person to do everything. A nice lady brought me pillows but it was well after 10 pm and I had asked for extra pillows around 6pm would enjoy another stay with a better discount

They saw us checking in with cats. They came to our room and mentioned our cats while fixing something. Yet they didn't think to mention "hey, we need to charge you a pet fee." Instead, they let us know by locking us out of our room with no notice. My credit card was in the room at the time and I had to ask to be let in to get it. They had our phone number, they could have called us. They could have left a note on or under our door. But they choose to lock us out with our cats trapped inside. That is terribly rude.
