My getaway spot I recieved a warm welcome and a quick check in. They were very accommodating and the room was in great condition.

The staff was rude. One of the staff members. I believe her name was Jenna. Mildly overweight white lady. About 5’6. I asked her about the coffee in the lobby she totally ignored me. I even walked up to the desk in close proximity and I was very clear and she pretended she was reading something. Then on check out I asked her name. So the lady at the desk during checkout is the one I am talking about. She had no problem hearing me during towel exchange.

I didnt like the noise comming from the second floor rooms

Rude customer service. The room was a little run down. I walked in to check in carrying a suitcase etc and asked to get a coffee pot, the coffee pot was handed ti me un a bag with a second bag containing sugar. It was never offered to bring it to the room for me. I had to carry it along with my suitcase etc. I thought that was rather rude.

I liked the spacious room. I didn't like that the sink backed up in the washroom and there was no bathroom fan. The wifi was also slow and poor signal. good cable channels.
