Terrible TV channels cut in and out like bad sattelite reception. Wifi is terrible which they are aware of because they try and upsell a better wifi to you. Also there was a hole in my bathroom door. When i called the front desk they wanted to come inspect to make sure i didnt do it even tho i was in the room less than 20 minutes after checking in. No offer of compensation was made. 3rd party issue? They were over booked and we were not able to stay because we booked through a 3rd party. I never had this issue before.

Great location but the property needs some updating. We could hear the other guests through the walls. Mattresses need to be upgraded. But for the price - that is on par.

The room layout is nice and the staff is super friendly but the room was dirty and did not appear to be cleaned, there was hair all over the shower, dirty sink, and dirty floors

The hotel was not the cleanest. Definitely not COVID clean! They were out of shampoo,lotion etc... It served its purpose, but couldn't wait to check out.

Nice quiet and clean. Only thing i asked for smoking room just smelled like a cigar shop very strong smoke odor. Would definitely come back.

I did nt stay due to the hotel being full & hotels.com didnt tell me it was full when i booked my stay. Normally my stays at extended dtay is alright tho.
