Horrible Took an extra $270 said for smoking that NEVER took place. Working with BBB to get my earnings back. Heard employees laughing in the back and thought it was funny to get over on me

One thing that wasn't good was that our original room wasn't ready for guests. I called the front desk, she apologized and quickly brought up new keys for another room which was in great condition. So it was made right, quickly

Was not happy with the amount of cigarette smoke in the hallways - neither remotes in either room we stayed in did not work - no wash clothes in either room - didn’t know that we had to make our own ice until I asked about an ice machine - saw people coming in with laundry baskets to do the laundry - didn’t look like they were staying there. - Will never stay at another extended stay
