Hotel was satisfactory The hotel was clean and check in easy and friendly. The only issue was using GPS and printed directions, this hotel was especially difficult to find.

Very happy with the room, had no real issues, room was very clean, spotless, very quite and pleasant, the only thing I wish is they had newer bed linen, was close to everything I needed to do while in Rochester, I will be staying again next time while in Rochester and will make try to make sure I get the same room. if possible

Great staff. Awesome room just wish they had a better breakfast not just fruit and coffee. Great location minutes from where I needed to go at kodak preforming arts centr.

A couple of disappointments The biggest disappointment was that there were only 22 TV channels. They did not carry the network showing game #3 of the Stanley Cup final. Also, even though our stay there was not an extended stay (we were there for only 2 nights), there was no housekeeping.
