The room/building was a bit tired looking, and could use some updating. When we checked in there were a few teens/early 20s just hanging out in the lobby. Not sure if they were staying there or just hanging out.

Terrible housekeeping great place for comfort My room was the largest in the hotel, however, the housekeeping staff did not come into the room for cleaning or change bedding or towels... The bed was very comfortable and the desk staff was professional

We provide housekeeping for guests staying 8 days or more; however, we offer it to guests staying less day for a nominal fee. Apologies for the miscommunication on our part. not happy The people at the front desk couldn't find my Reservation i waited for 30mins for a room after I already made the reservations over the phone five hours earlier

Excellent customer service, but otherwise mediocre. "Continental breakfast" was coffee and a choice of packaged muffin, granola bar and/or fruit in lobby, & no tables/chairs.

A lot of strange people. .. Guy in lobby all day with no shoes....a lot of out of town workman
Better Than Average I cut my trip short by 1 overnight. The desk attendant was unable to give me my refund @ the time that I checked out. Extended Stay America has already made contact with me and has informed me that they will contact you and that you will be refunding my return to my credit card ! Thank You !
