Clerk at front desk gave our name and key to two strangers who attempted to enter our room at 1 am, something fishy was going on, i dicidef not to call the police, did speak with manager and will also contact corp headquarters to make sure clerk is fired.
The staff was rude very rude my room was not put together dirty staff said they didn’t have time to clean it piss stained sheets on one bed ,beds were laying against wall I had to put them on frame there were no blankets nor linens in the room went to front desk they told me I had to make my Own bed this is not the service you expect when going to a hotel I do have video and will report this horrible stay unhappy

The room smelled with cigarettes, Smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling,Too many noises from the rooms, Not happy with the breakfast and the area where they had it The Commode was dirty and we had ask the reception to send someone to get it cleaned /but still it wasn’t cleaned properly Will never visit again

The only thing I benefited from staying at this hotel was the surrounding restaurants to eat at and the stores.

Unpleasant stay! Cigarette smell in the room. Nobody cleaned the room, very poor breakfast, very noisy due to a lot of fans running on full power in the hallway. Most likely never going there again.

Entire property smelled like mold. There is no actual lobby or place for breakfast just the hallway with the front desk. TV was disconnected in the room and the kitchen had virtually no supplies. While we were at dinner the fire sprinklers went off and flooded the hallway. Apparently this was not the first time that week. This location is under a much needed renovation but they should consider closing during the process. It is dirty from the remodeling. It smells and is way overpriced for its current condition
