Front desk was extremely pleasant. I would stay here again with no problem.

When I call to reserve a room. They told me was a continental breakfast. Was only cold coffee, no cream, no sugar. Two dry orange. Tv and a/c not work. Not happy at all.
Comfortable stay for us and our dog. Stayed for three nights while waiting to move into our new home. We chose this hotel because they allowed pets. They were very accommodating, putting us on the first floor by an exit door. The room was comfortable and it was a good location, close to restaurants and shopping. A grocery store is right night door. Breakfast was enough to get by with muffins, oatmeal, cereal and some fresh fruit. A good value for the price.

The room was pretty clean but there were hairs in the bathroom before I used it. The knob for the shower was broken which caused the shower to drip. There were adequate towels but no washclothes. The front desk provided one when requested but would not bring the wash cloth or extra blanket to the room even though I requested on my way out. The staff was friendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here after a late flight into Rochester. It's about a $20 can ride from the airport. The room and service were great for the price and for a one night stay. The area is a little scarce.

Not bad The staff i met on duty was not helpful. I arrived and I spent at least 10minutes before she attended to me.I could see her working on something in the back office. When she returned, she did not apologize to me for waiting. The worst thing that happened was she looked at me and told me that I book with the third party she is not able to give me a nonsmoking room. When I threaten to call the Expedia to cancel my reservation she offered to put me in what she called a showroom, pretty close to the desk and I didn't sle... read more

Great Value, No Frills Nice Value and location. Fairly quiet considering it's kind of close to the freeway. Would stay again!
