It was the most horrible i have ever experienced. Could not sleep called the front desk tons of times for people above us being loud banging jumping fighting and nothing got done about it

The place was not that clean. Our door didn't close properly. The breakfast is just a coffee/tea bar, no sit down space. The remote control for the television didn't work, even when I got a replacement from the front desk. The room had nothing in it for the kitchen; no coffee maker, no cups.

The room was somewhat dirty. Things were broken. I returned to my room later in the evening to find a Random pool of water in front of my toilet. There was a leak somewhere and it didn’t stop dripping. This made the sink vanity wet as well as the washcloths. The ceiling paint was peeling away above the shower.

Do Not Recommend - Extremely Disappointed Check In - 2 people before me did NOT get their book & confirmed rooms. The first lady had an unclean room & they could not accommodate her - there was an argument between the lady & hotel receptionist befotlre the lady walked out very upset. The second gentleman had no room even though he reserved one and had an email confirmation. My turn - my reservation was there & I was immediately given my room. The room was not clean. Door handles were filthy. Front desk personnel was a bit sassy. Alot of suspicious characters walking around. Did not feel safe. Very icy parking lot. Was not salted.

Very disappointed in this motel. Will never stay again. Bed was uncomfortable and nothing was supplied unless asked and even then it was limited. Very unclean kitchenette.
