I asked for a Studio room non-smoking,what I seen online is different in person wasn’t expected to have any problems here half done housekeeping work I had to clean my own room.to make my self a comfortable with my stay,

When I checked in they had gave my smoking room away and I pay for a smoking room and I was given a non-smoking the room was not very warm the heat kept going on and off it's winter time here in Rochester New York so it's cold the bathroom was okay clean

Truly sucked 100% There were 3 major problems: 1- I specifically paid more for a studio with a kitchenette. Yet my room didn't have a microwave oven in it, 2- Despite getting a kitchenette, the receptionist didn't tell me I needed a kit with all the cookware, plates and utensils so I had to go and get them from the lobby. 3- Then the biggest problem was the heat didn't work in the room in January in the northeast. Felt like I was in a pay by the hour hotel When I entered the hotel the front lobby has no lobby/waiting area so you are right on top of people. The type of clientele leaves much to the imagination. The clerk behind the desk was pleasant enough. The entire hotel smelled of weed. The room had a kitchen and the fridge had mold on the outside and a long black hair hanging from the door.
