The room smelled with cigarettes, Smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling,Too many noises from the rooms, Not happy with the breakfast and the area where they had it The Commode was dirty and we had ask the reception to send someone to get it cleaned /but still it wasn’t cleaned properly Will never visit again

The only thing I benefited from staying at this hotel was the surrounding restaurants to eat at and the stores.

Unpleasant stay! Cigarette smell in the room. Nobody cleaned the room, very poor breakfast, very noisy due to a lot of fans running on full power in the hallway. Most likely never going there again.

Entire property smelled like mold. There is no actual lobby or place for breakfast just the hallway with the front desk. TV was disconnected in the room and the kitchen had virtually no supplies. While we were at dinner the fire sprinklers went off and flooded the hallway. Apparently this was not the first time that week. This location is under a much needed renovation but they should consider closing during the process. It is dirty from the remodeling. It smells and is way overpriced for its current condition

There was severe flooding and standing water on the 3rd floor. Room smelled of smoke even though we requested non smoking. Room looked grungy and old over all.

The room smelled, the carpet under the air conditioner was wet. No one replaced towels, etc. even though we stayed for two nights. I realize there was construction going on on the first floor, but maybe do not use those rooms on that floor. We walked over extension cords and dirty carpeting.

Good location, easily accessible. Staff was friendly who accommodated our request to provide a room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the floor we were put in was under major renovation and living there felt like living in an under construction hotel with rooms next stripped bare open. and hallways covered with construction tarp and material. As advertized on expedia, there was NO continental breakfast. Overall property created a very poor impression and disappointing experience and certainly not value for money.
