Not at all satisfied It was not great at all. I visit Rochester several times a year and only stay for one or two nights at a time. I have never stayed at this Hotel before and I never will again. This was definitely my first and last time staying here. For the price alone, I expected much better results. I have paid half that price at other Rochester Hotels and received waayyyyy better results. Live and learn. Thank you.

not clean Booked non smoking room, got smoking. Dirty. Strange people are staying, felt insecure.

Stay elsewhere The room was comfortable, but lacking normal hotel amenities. I had to walk downstairs to the lobby to get shampoo and conditioner. It was not supplied in the rooms. I also asked the front desk to set a wake up call so I'd be up in time for breakfast. I never got the wake up call and missed the included breakfast. I was very disappointed and would recommend staying elsewhere.

Looking for a resonable place to stay one night There was still food leftovers in refrigerator and freezer. Toilet bowl had a ring looks like it hadn't been cleaned. Sheets were not changed found hairs on pillows and sheet.

Rude and clueless The front desk staff was rude and disorganised, they gave me the wrong room, and woke me up at 1:00 in the morning to let me know that they have family back in MA in the same town I'm from and they DO NOT offer breakfast as they advertise.

Bad experience First night, arrived late and they gave me a smoking room. Never smoked in my life but they said they were completely booked and could not change it. Blamed it on travel site saying they submitted my profile as smoking. Said never smoked or stayed in a smoking room. We stayed 6 nights and they did not have room service. Not once. Did they disclose that? No? We had to even take out our own garbage. What they called breakfast is watery coffee with vending machine like tiny muffins. Will never stay there again.

Family weekend at RIT The hotel was very convenient to everything. Carmen was WONDERFUL. This hotel has kitchenettes. It's been recently renovated. It was clean except the outside of the refrigerator. There was a smell that irritated my sinuses but I bought Lysol and it got rid of it. However, I was awakened by the police the first night removing someone. Every morning I was awakened by yipping dogs. It's a VERY pet friendly place. last minute booking Hotel was nothing special. staff did nothing to improve stay. We had a fire alarm (guest burned food on stove), and no one was manning the secondary exits to tell us when or if it was safe to re enter hotel.
