not happy The people at the front desk couldn't find my Reservation i waited for 30mins for a room after I already made the reservations over the phone five hours earlier

When I call to reserve a room. They told me was a continental breakfast. Was only cold coffee, no cream, no sugar. Two dry orange. Tv and a/c not work. Not happy at all.

Awful experience Would give this hotel zero stars if possible. "Non smoking" room absolutely reeked, not the cleanest either...will not stay here again.

All floor cover with cigarette smoke no plates or spoons in the room this hotel make my travel horrible

Don't expect anything but a bare room. No amenities whatsoever! No kitchen stock, blow dryer, coffee maker, ice bin or even ice machine, water fountain, lobby restrooms, a few towels and 2 slivers of soap is what you get, that's it! Breakfast was a few frozen muffins, apples and coffee. No juice, milk, cereal, yogurt etc. Really a disappointment for the price paid.
